Our company undertook the construction of a reception hall in Megara, Attica. We endeavored to construct a building of excellent technical specifications and high aesthetics. The reception hall we constructed has a total area of 1200m². It includes a basement and was built utilising the composite construction method with metal parts of standard cross-sections. There was also a design provision for a future extra floor addition with a total area of 600m². The building encompasses a central hall which constitutes a single space with a total area of 400m² and 20m x 20m openings. Such a space can not be built using any other construction method, conventional or prefabricated.

Masonry was built with a 3D panel and use of shotcrete. The delivery timeline for a metal building is considerably shorter than those of all other construction methods. Therefore construction was completed within 4 months of signing the contract. The building has been designed to support a future extra floor extension, with an added area of 600m².
