Our company took on yet another house construction, a maisonette construction in Neos Voutzas, Attica. As part of the comprehensive building solutions offered by our experienced staff, we erected a luxury three-storey maisonette, with a total floor area of 260m². We placed particular emphasis on all factors leading towards a perfectly functional and efficient result, that will thoroughly satisfy our client’s needs.

Construction commenced adhering to the highest technical specifications and following a detailed structural design drafted by our specialist professionals. We chose to use the composite construction method, delivering optimal advantages for our client. This project, realized by Smart Building, involved the construction of a three-storey maisonette in the area of Neos Voutzas, Attica, utilizing the composite construction method that entails the building of a metal load bearing structure. Dry mortarless construction was used to build the masonry, delivering an exceptional result, a building characterized by excellent aesthetics and impressive resistance even against the most extreme weather conditions.

The windows and doors were of gray color and were combined with electric roller shutters for residents convenience. Our work was not restricted to that, since we also installed a security door.

Floor construction, mainly utilized hardwood and marble tiles. A heat pump was installed, in combination with an up-to-date underfloor heating system. The project was completed with outdoor area configuration works that offered an exceptional aesthetic result, characterized by luxury and class.
