Our company has been contracted for an apartment building construction in Kastri, Kifissia, consisting of four floors, an interior loft, and a basement of 411m². This is one more project that, thanks to our many years of experience and the excellent technical training of our staff, has started according to the highest construction standards.

In more detail, the construction method we have chosen is conventional construction due to the particular needs of our client. After all, conventional house constructions are one of the most stable building options, applied to the majority of the buildings in our country. So, after carrying out the required architectural study and evaluation of all individual factors, we have started the construction of this new building.

As part of the services provided by Smart Building, we immediately responded to our client’s needs in order to construct a building of high efficiency and functionality. Building a house is a process that can be stressful for a homeowner. To begin with, gathering all the necessary legal/technical documents and submitting them accordingly, is a particularly time-consuming process. However, our company is able to undertake all the necessary paperwork and bureaucratic procedures, ensuring immediate and accurate results.

This has also been the case for the construction of this 4-storey apartment building in the Municipality of Kifissia, Attica. Upon completion of the initial (paperwork) stage, our staff began this apartment building construction, which will consist of: a ground floor apartment of 180m², A & B floors of 138m², and C floor with an internal loft of 178m². The apartment building will also have a basement of 411m². For this conventional construction, we are building the masonry with dry construction and brickwork. The aluminium doors and windows will be in dark grey color with thermal break glazing (double glazing), while the thermal facade will be applied using 10 cm-thick stone wool.
