Smart Building offered its high quality services for the construction of a two-storey maisonettes in Pikermi, Attica. The project included the building of two residencies of a total area of 550m². Emphasizing on fine aesthetics, energy efficiency and optimal functionality, we endeavoured to ensure the best possible result.

For this project we chose the composite construction method, making sure to take advantage all the benefits it offers. Our work was completed with success, the two maisonettes offering the most favourable living conditions to our client.

We successfully completed the construction of two semi-detached, two-storey maisonettes, with a total area of 550m². We gave strong attention to the thermal insulation of the metal elements of the load bearing structure in order to achieve maximum energy efficiency and avoid the formation of heat bridges.

Masonry was realised with a 3D Wall Panel, according to the structural design we had drafted during the preparation phase. Thanks to our many years of experience in building all types of masonry, the end result was impressive and left our client fully satisfied.
