Our company was appointed to construct a maisonette in Athens, Haidari – a luxury house with optimal living conditions for our client. As part of the services offered by Smart Building we built this single-family home in contemporary architectural style and a total area of 120m².

We, once more, chose to apply the composite construction method, since it constitutes one of the most reliable and effective solutions for maisonette construction. The project was realized in 2010 and we achieved the finest results both in aesthetics and functionality. It is imperative that any house construction project must be realized by specialist professionals, in order to not only secure excellent aesthetics, but also make sure you are provided with a space that fully meets your needs, in the best possible way. This is the reason why our numerous clients have entrusted our well-trained staff with building their home.

In this particular maisonette construction in Athens, Haidari -and according to the structural design- we utilized the hybrid method of composite construction, which incorporates metal structural elements as well as reinforced concrete shear walls. We chose to build the masonry using bulk brick with dimensions of 18cmx18cmx32cm. Thermal insulation was achieved by applying the external thermal insulation composite system of KNAUF.

The internal configuration of ceilings was realized with dry construction building material produced by KNAUF. We also undertook substantial carpentry works, installing kitchen cabinets as well as bedroom closets. Material was provided by cooperating companies, VERYKOKOS and VENETI, that were our client’s choice.
