This villa construction in Nea Erythrea was another successful project delivered by our company. As part of the high-quality construction services we provide, we undertook the construction of a luxury detached house according to the highest construction and technical specifications. The total area of the construction was 220m² and it was implemented in 2002.

The construction method we chose here, in order to meet the particular needs of our client, was composite construction. After all, there are some huge advantages offered by metal building constructions, mainly their low cost, excellent anti-seismic protection, and the possibility for floor additions at any time in the future. The end result was as expected, and exceeded our client’s expectations.

This project was a 2-storey villa construction of 220m² in the area of Nea Erythrea, using the building system of composite construction. The masonry was carried out with one of the specialized systems of Smart Building that includes conventional bricks of 18x18x32cm and external thermal insulation that follows international quality standards, produced by well-known companies such as KNAUF, Druckfarben, etc.

During the house painting stage, we followed the technical study drafted by our Smart Building engineers and used quality ecological paints produced by KRAFT company. We also used quality aluminum doors and windows, in wood pattern.

During the final stage, as per our client’s wishes, we applied stone cladding combined with organic plaster, which offers extra resistance to sudden temperature changes that can cause cracks. The final result justified our client’s choice. He was delighted he had entrusted the construction of his villa to the specialized staff of our company.
