In order to assess the static adequacy of an existing building, the static adequacy study should be carried out in accordance with applicable law.
Before performing the static adequacy study, the specialized smartbuilding engineers collect – with the help of the owners – all the necessary data, such as:

- Topographic Diagram.
- Architectural Study.
- Static Study.
This is followed by a thorough examination of all the data of the studies and their confirmation during an autopsy performed by a team of smartbuilding engineers.
