Another house construction project was successfully completed by Smart Building. This time, as we mentioned above, in the area of Ano Liosia in Attica. This house we built there includes two floors, a total area of 218m², a basement, and has apparent metal elements. For its construction, we chose a pure metal construction system consisting of a metal frame and trapezoidal metal sheets.

The metal elements were insulated both in the interior and the exterior of the construction, as dictated in the Greek building code (KENAK), in order to avoid thermal bridges. Regarding the external masonry, we chose 18x18x32 bricks, while thermal insulation was carried out using an exterior thermal facade system. For the interior thermal insulation we used a dry construction system of plasterboard and stone wool manufactured by KNAUF company.

The interiors of the house were floored with wood as well as the steps of the, otherwise, pure metal staircase. Thus, we achieved the most ideal final result, always according to our client’s preferences.
