The staff of Smart Building company was contracted for the construction of a two-storey house in Rafina. According to the specific requirements of the client, we were asked to build a luxury villa with a total area of 240m², consisting of two floors, a basement in minimalist architecture, and large openings with apparent metal elements.
Taking advantage of all the benefits offered by mixed construction as a building method, we achieved a final result that focused on unique aesthetics and of course on the enormous durability over time, while covering our client’s needs in full. After all, the basis of every home construction our specialized staff undertakes, is the excellent end result.
