Our company successfully completed a duplex house construction in Rhodes, including two semi-detached family houses on 2 floors, and a total area of 240m². This project was implemented in 2009 and the final result fully satisfied our clients who have contracted Smart Building for this construction. Our goal is to provide excellent services in all regions and islands of Greece, always offering excellent and immediate customer service as well as reliable building solutions.
For the two semi-detached houses in Rhodes, we chose the composite construction in order to achieve an excellent result, both in terms of energy efficiency and aesthetics. As always, our work began with a comprehensive static adequacy study and the analysis of all the individual factors that can affect house construction. Thus, after careful examination, we selected the ideal solution which should also go along with the particular needs of our client. Then, we began the actual construction work according to the highest specifications.
