Smart Building company, as part of its services, has successfully completed the construction of two semi-detached houses in Evia, in the area of Candia. Our goal is to provide complete and reliable solutions in home construction according to the highest standards, that meet the particular needs of our customers. In this case, too, we implemented a project of excellent quality at the most affordable cost on the market.
For the construction of the building, we used composite construction. The project included two semi-independent spaces with a total area of 243m² made of standard metal sections and masonry made of 3D panels. Our work was completed in 2008 and the project was delivered in accordance with its structural adequacy study.
