In this particular project, the specialized team of Smart Building committed itself to the construction of a two-storey house in Kinetta, Attica. The composite construction method was elected. The result was a building of rigorous technical specifications and high aesthetics, distinctive for its zero energy losses and optimal functionality, while offering optimal living conditions.
Due to the increased architectural flexibility that the composite construction method affords, we endeavored to create imposing spaces with large openings. The completion time of the project was impressively short and -it must be noted, all this came at a very affordable cost for our client.
By virtue of our staff’s high technical training and many years of experience, in combination with the excellent building materials we use in all our projects, this two-storey house will offer our client a superb living space. The building will also offer maximum security in case of an earthquake or any extreme weather phenomenon.
