Our specialized staff promptly met our client’s needs by implementing a comprehensive structural design and choosing the most efficient building solution. Based on that structural design and catering to our client’s specific requirements we chose the standard construction method in order to create a luxurious space that would offer optimal living conditions.

The building’s load bearing structure is made of reinforced concrete and the masonry is made of brick. Our selection of doors and windows came from our certified suppliers, according to our client’s preferences. We undertook the installation of window and door frames in wood tones, electric shutters and an armored front door.

The flooring is mostly of hardwood and marble tile. Our work was completed with exterior configuration and landscaping. The end result is what was expected, a luxury home in the Athenian Riviera suburb of Elliniko, that can offer our client the most favorable living conditions.
