Our company was appointed a house construction Kapandriti, Attica, delivering an up-to-date and aesthetically imposing living space. House construction is one of the most demanding challenges for any family. This single-family home was erected according to the highest technical specifications and encompasses a total floor area of 380m². In order to secure maximum advantages, we chose the composite construction method, which entails a metal load bearing structure, as well as reinforced concrete slabs. In accordance with the structural design, we built masonry with a 3D panel system.

Furthermore, green colored aluminum window and door frames were installed, corresponding to our client’s preferences. Finally, we installed stone cladding on the walls, and also applied organic roughcast, according to the provisions of the architectural design. This will offer greater durability against abrupt temperature changes.
