House construction in Varnavas, Attica

As part of our offered services, we committed ourselves to the construction of a house in Varnavas, Attica, applying the composite construction method as well as our many years of building experience. Our specialist staff was, specifically, called to construct a two-storey single-family home, with a basement and a total area of 270m². After completing the required architectural design, we immediately started construction, catering to the particular needs of our client.

The two-storey residence that was successfully delivered to our client has a total area of 270m². It includes a finished basement space with fine aesthetics and high functionality. We chose the composite construction method, with a metallic load bearing structure as well as compact reinforced concrete slabs. A 3D Panel system was applied for masonry. All metallic columns were insulated, as is the provision of the Greek building code (KENAK), to avoid creation of heat bridges.
