Another complete project of Smart Building, the construction of a Single Family Home in Evia in the town of Karistos. A building construction must always be realized by specialized professionals and according to a detailed structural design. All individual factors, including soil structure, local conditions and, of course, the client’s own preferences, have to be evaluated, something that we always see to, in every project we undertake.

In this case the experienced professionals of Smart Building engaged to fully construct a single-storey, single family home of 129m², in the area of Karistos, Evia Island. By applying the Composite construction method which encompasses a metal load bearing structure and a concrete slab roof, we managed to deliver an optimal result for our client.

Masonry was built of bulk brick with dimensions of 18cm x 18cm x 32cm. We chose the external thermal insulation composite system of KNAUF. The installation of doors and windows met the highest of standards and they were subsequently painted blue according to architectural requirements.
