Hydraulic-Plumbing System Installation

At Smart Building we offer integrated plumbing/hydraulic system installation services. Our motto is consistency, responsibility and professionalism, at the lowest prices.

A plumbing or hydraulic system installation is defined as the construction of an integrated network of pipes for the transportation of water to various areas of a building. A building’s plumbing installation includes water supply, heating/air-conditioning, sewerage and rainwater drainage networks, and more.

A quality hydraulic installation is based on a detailed architectural design that follows a set of building standards. For example, in cases of bathrooms and kitchens on different levels of the building, it’s best to place them in a vertical array, so that the drainage system is, in turn, installed in an optimal way.

Plumbing installations are a key in any house-building project. It is particularly important that all types of water networks have perfect function and are able to withstand the passage of time without significant wear and tear. To achieve this, one must follow certain standards, like the use of certified materials and a comprehensive hydraulic system plan, designed by licensed plumbers and mechanical engineers.

Bathroom plumbing installations

Bathroom plumbing is one of the most important water management systems for every homeowner. The initial design dictates its life-long operation. Thus, our specialized plumbing engineers will make a detailed plan, designating the exact placement of all sanitary fixtures, before installing any water supply and drainage pipes.

For the building water distribution network, we use clad copper or multilayer pipes, depending on the type of installation we work on. All pipes are of high specifications and high resistance, and are installed in such a way as to allow the silent flow of water. Reduced water flow noise in pipes may initially seem trivial, but it can become particularly annoying during your everyday life in your new house.

In more detail, the materials we choose to work with, are

  • Copper, for water supply/heating pipes.
  • Multilayer, for water supply/heating pipes.
  • PVC, for drainage piping.

In addition, we add extra insulation to the hot water piping system, reducing heat loss to a minimum. The drainage system is built in such a way, so as to prevent unpleasant odors from returning to the household areas. The sewerage pit is built by pouring reinforced concrete on-site during the construction stage or, most commonly, with prefabricated reinforced concrete rings of various diameters.

Sewage Pit Types:

  1. Seal (septic tank), that allows sewage to seep into the ground .
  2. Absorbent, which is perforated.

Water heating installation

Hydraulic heating installation is crucial for a warm and cozy home. Professional heating system design and installation ensure high energy efficiency, minimal to zero energy losses, and maximum savings!

Our staff at Smart Building has years of experience in heating systems and installations, offering optimal solutions. A proper water heating installation is also necessary in all commercial buildings offering reduced heating costs.

Drainage systems

Drainage management systems are mandatory and installed according to specific regulations. The rainwater drainage includes the pipes and conduits that convey rainwater, water from gardens, etc. to a point of discharge, while the sewage network refers to the underground conduits that transport waste and sewage.
